目的：探讨多发伤救治中一体化急救模式的作用。方法对我院2008年~2013年以来132例多发伤患者的救治过程进行回顾性分析。结果通过院前急救，院内急诊抢救，损伤控制性手术，急诊重症监护治疗的多发伤一体化急救模式下患者死亡率为20.1%。结论院前院内一体化救治模式明显提高了多发伤抢救的成功率。
目的：探討多髮傷救治中一體化急救模式的作用。方法對我院2008年~2013年以來132例多髮傷患者的救治過程進行迴顧性分析。結果通過院前急救，院內急診搶救，損傷控製性手術，急診重癥鑑護治療的多髮傷一體化急救模式下患者死亡率為20.1%。結論院前院內一體化救治模式明顯提高瞭多髮傷搶救的成功率。
목적：탐토다발상구치중일체화급구모식적작용。방법대아원2008년~2013년이래132례다발상환자적구치과정진행회고성분석。결과통과원전급구，원내급진창구，손상공제성수술，급진중증감호치료적다발상일체화급구모식하환자사망솔위20.1%。결론원전원내일체화구치모식명현제고료다발상창구적성공솔。
Objective To investigate the curative ef ect of integrate treatment in multiple trauma patients. Methods In our hospital form 2008 to 2013 132 cases of multiple trauma patients treated were retrospectively analyzed. Results Through the pre hospital,hospital,damage control operation,multiple injuries integrated treatment in emergency intensive care emergency mode with a mortality rate of 20.1%. Conclusion The successful rate of treatments in multi-trauma patients greatly increased with pre-hospital and in-hospital integrated treatment.
