目的:探讨护患纠纷后对护理人员心理护理干预的效果。方法将发生护患纠纷后的护理人员随机选取40例,各20例作为对照组和干预组。对照组只在护患纠纷发生后对护理人员分析原因及解决办法,对干预组护理人员进行有计划的心理护理干预。根据:抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI),对护理人员心理问题进行评诂。结果干预组的抑郁、焦虑程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论有计划地对发生护患纠纷后的护理人员心理护理,能较好地解决护理人员的负性情绪及心理健康问题,减轻心理压力,提高护理服务质量。

Objective: To investigate the ef ect of patinet disputes regarding nursing methods after suf ering psychological issues for nursing intervention. Methods: 40 randomly selected nursing staf who have been through patient disputes, among whom 20 represent the control group, and the other 20 the intervention group. The duty of nurses in the control group is to analyze the reasons and solutions of disputes, while that of the intervertion group is to accordingly and psychological y intervent nursing staf . They were evauated based on Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), State - Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Results: depression and anxiety in the intervention group was significantly lower than those in the control group. The dif erence was statistical y significant, p<0.01. Conclusion: The careful y planned psychological care given to nurses who went through nurisng disputes can solve the negative emotional and mental health problems, reduce stress and improve the quality of care services.
