目的:观察咳喘宁对哮喘大鼠TLR4表达的影响,阐明其防治哮喘的作用机理。方法用卵清蛋白复制大鼠哮喘模型,以布地奈德为阳性对照药,观察咳喘宁干预后肺泡灌洗液中、肺组织中TLR-4的改变情况。结果 TLR4在哮喘大鼠支气管粘膜上皮细胞、肺泡中有显著表达。咳喘宁能有效降低哮喘大鼠中 TLR4的表达,从而减轻了气道的高反应性。布地奈德减少支气管粘膜、肺泡胞浆中TLR4的表达优于咳喘宁,差别无统计学意义。结论咳喘宁能降低TLR4表达水平,提示咳喘宁治疗哮喘可能与下调TLR4表达水平有关。

목적:관찰해천저대효천대서TLR4표체적영향,천명기방치효천적작용궤리。방법용란청단백복제대서효천모형,이포지내덕위양성대조약,관찰해천저간예후폐포관세액중、폐조직중TLR-4적개변정황。결과 TLR4재효천대서지기관점막상피세포、폐포중유현저표체。해천저능유효강저효천대서중 TLR4적표체,종이감경료기도적고반응성。포지내덕감소지기관점막、폐포포장중TLR4적표체우우해천저,차별무통계학의의。결론해천저능강저TLR4표체수평,제시해천저치료효천가능여하조TLR4표체수평유관。
Objective To observe the ef ect of {the} Kechuanning on expression of TLR4 in asthmatic rats, the mechanism of the prevention and treatment of asthma. Methods rat asthma model replication with ovalbumin, with budesonide was the positive control drug, TLR-4 to observe the changes of Kechuanning intervention in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, lung tissues. Results TLR4 was expressed in bronchial epithelial cells, alveolar of rats with asthma. Kechuanning could ef ectively reduce the expression of TLR4 in asthmatic rats, so as to reduce airway hyperresponsiveness. Budesonide reduced TLR4 bronchial mucosa, alveolar cytoplasm expression is bet er than that of Kechuanning, without significant dif erence. Conclusion Kechuan Ning can reduce the expression level of TLR4, suggesting that Kechuanning asthma might be related to the down-regulation of TLR4 expression level.
