该文研究室温(20℃)条件下葡甘聚糖/蜂蜡(KGM/BW)涂膜、葡甘聚糖(KGM)涂膜及对照组对鲜切琯溪蜜柚贮藏期间主要感观品质和理化性质影响。结果表明:KGM涂膜,尤其是KGM/BW涂膜能降低贮藏期间鲜切柚子的水分损失、抑制呼吸作用、减缓营养物质流失,具有良好的保鲜效果。

The effects of KGM/BW coating,KGM coating and the control group under the room temperature(20 ℃)on the sensory quality and physicochemical property of the fresh-cut honey pomelo(Guanxi)during postharvest storage were studied.The results showed that KGM/BW coating, compared to KGM coating group and the control,could protect the flesh-cut fruit best during storage from water loss and inhibit respiration as well as preserve the nutritious quality of the honey pomelo fruit.
