通过对设备主体、现场控制系统、高性能数字组合阀及控制软件等核心模块的设计,开发集低压铸造、差压铸造、调压铸造多项功能于一体的反重力铸造系统。在设备运行过程中,采用模糊自整定PID算法对生产过程进行控制。利用上位机软件可方便地实现对一体化压力铸造系统的自动化控制,并能够实时显示参数和图形化显示铸造过程。实验表明,该系统可提高铸造系统的自动化程度和铸件的精度,功能多样且实用性强,实现了铸造系统的自动化工作过程。

Based on the design of the core modules such as apparatus main body , field control system , high-performance digital combination valve , control software and so on , we develop a multi-function anti-gravity casting system which integrates low-pres-sure casting, counter-pressure casting and adjustable-pressure casting .The fuzzy self-tuning PID method is used to control the production process in the apparatus operation process .It is convenient to realize the automation control of the integrated pressure casting system by the PC software , and the system has the characteristics of real-time parameter display and graphical display in casting process .The experiments show that the system is of multiple functions , strong practical applicability , can improve the au-tomation degree and the control accuracy , and realizes the process automation of casting system .
