背景:建立客观标准的骨不连动物实验模型是骨不连的实验研究及探索骨不连治疗的必要条件。
<br> 目的:为骨不连的实验研究建立一种客观的动物实验模型。
<br> 方法:选取 SD 大鼠,在胫骨中段截断,用口腔科粘固粉充填器(3#或4#)灼烧骨折断端(包括骨膜),然后用0.5 mm克氏针钻入骨髓腔,固定骨折,2个月后经大体标本、病理组织学及放射学检查确定骨不连形成情况。
<br> 结果与结论:大体标本观察、放射学检查及病理组织学检查均显示骨缺损区无骨性连接,为纤维瘢痕组织填充,骨端硬化。结果表明实验所建立的动物模型,具有骨不连的病理改变,符合骨不连的要求,是一种可靠而实用的实验性骨不连动物模型。

<br> 結果與結論:大體標本觀察、放射學檢查及病理組織學檢查均顯示骨缺損區無骨性連接,為纖維瘢痕組織填充,骨耑硬化。結果錶明實驗所建立的動物模型,具有骨不連的病理改變,符閤骨不連的要求,是一種可靠而實用的實驗性骨不連動物模型。

<br> 결과여결론:대체표본관찰、방사학검사급병리조직학검사균현시골결손구무골성련접,위섬유반흔조직전충,골단경화。결과표명실험소건립적동물모형,구유골불련적병리개변,부합골불련적요구,시일충가고이실용적실험성골불련동물모형。
BACKGROUND:Establishment of an objective and standard experimental animal model of bone non-union is necessary for experimental study and related treatment of non-union.
<br> OBJECTIVE:To establish an objective experimental animal model for the experimental study of non-union.
<br> METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats were included in this study, the middle tibia was cut off, and fracture fragments (including periosteum) were seared with dental cement plugger (3# or 4#). Subsequently, bone marrow cavity was dril ed using a 0.5 mm Kirschner wire, and the fractures were fixed. 2 months later, the specimens were detected by gross observation, histopathological detection and radiological examination to determine the nonunion formation.
<br> RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The results of gross observation, histopathological detection and radiological examination showed that, no bony union was found at bone defect area, which was fil ed by fiber scar tissue, and bone end sclerosis was apparent. The animal models established in this study have pathological changes of bone non-union, which is in line with the requirements of bone non-union, so the model can be considered a reliable and practical animal model of bone non-union.
