Type II diabetic nephropathy%Hs-C-reactive protein%VEGF%Cys C
目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及胱抑素C(Cys C)水平变化在糖尿病肾病发生、发展中的作用。方法采用速率散射比浊法、ELISA法及Olympus AU640分析仪分别检测血清hsCRP、VEGF及Cys C水平。结果2型糖尿病患者血清hsCRP、VEGF及Cys C水平高于对照组,糖尿病肾病组高于糖尿病无肾病组,糖尿病无肾病组高于正常对照组。2型糖尿病肾功能异常患者联合检测Cys C、hs-CRP阳性率与各单项比较有显著差异( P<0.05)。且治疗后糖尿病肾病患者血清hsCRP、VEGF及Cys C水平显著下降。结论hsCRP、VEGF及Cys C是糖尿病早期肾损害敏感指标,联合检测对及时准确地诊断糖尿病早期肾损害有重要的临床价值。

목적:탐토2형당뇨병환자초민C반응단백(hsCRP)、혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)급광억소C(Cys C)수평변화재당뇨병신병발생、발전중적작용。방법채용속솔산사비탁법、ELISA법급Olympus AU640분석의분별검측혈청hsCRP、VEGF급Cys C수평。결과2형당뇨병환자혈청hsCRP、VEGF급Cys C수평고우대조조,당뇨병신병조고우당뇨병무신병조,당뇨병무신병조고우정상대조조。2형당뇨병신공능이상환자연합검측Cys C、hs-CRP양성솔여각단항비교유현저차이( P<0.05)。차치료후당뇨병신병환자혈청hsCRP、VEGF급Cys C수평현저하강。결론hsCRP、VEGF급Cys C시당뇨병조기신손해민감지표,연합검측대급시준학지진단당뇨병조기신손해유중요적림상개치。
Objective To investigate the significance of changes of serum hsCRP ,VEGF and Cys C levels in development of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type II diabetic mellitus .Methods Concentration of hsCRP was tested with rate neph-elometry,levels of VEGF with ELISA ,and Cys C with Olympus AU640.Results The concentrations of hsCRP ,VEGF and Cys C in the patient with type II diabetic nephropathy were higher than those in the patient with type II diabetic non -nephropathy and normal volunteers ,and the positive rate of combined measuring of CysC and hs-CRP was significantly higher than each sin-gle measuring and the concentrations of hsCRP ,VEGF and Cys C in the patient with type II diabetic nephropathy deceased sig-nificantly after effective therapy .Conclusion HsCRP,VEGF and Cys C may be used as sensitive parametres for diagnosing early renal injury in type II diabetic mellitus .Combined measuring is of more practical value .
