目的：观察胸腺蛋白口服溶液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法选择复发性口腔溃疡患者210例随机分成2组：对照组用维生素加蒙脱石散常规治疗；治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用胸腺蛋白口服液，观察平均溃疡期与疼痛指数及疗效。结果对照组有效率为72．4％，治疗组有效率为89．5％，2组治疗有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论胸腺蛋白口服液降低了患者的溃疡时间和疼痛程度，促进复发性口腔溃疡的愈合，提高了愈合质量，并降低复发率，减轻了患者痛苦程度，是适合普通患者的一种有效治疗方法。
목적：관찰흉선단백구복용액치료복발성구강궤양적료효。방법선택복발성구강궤양환자210례수궤분성2조：대조조용유생소가몽탈석산상규치료；치료조재상규치료적기출상가용흉선단백구복액，관찰평균궤양기여동통지수급료효。결과대조조유효솔위72．4％，치료조유효솔위89．5％，2조치료유효솔차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론흉선단백구복액강저료환자적궤양시간화동통정도，촉진복발성구강궤양적유합，제고료유합질량，병강저복발솔，감경료환자통고정도，시괄합보통환자적일충유효치료방법。
Objective To discuss the treatment effects of thymus oral solution for recurrent aphthous ulcer ( RAU) .Meth-ods 210 patients suffering from RAU were collected and randomly divided into two groups .The control group was treated con-ventionally with vitamin plus montmorillonite powder but the treatment group was prescribed to use thymus oral solution on the basis of conventional therapy .The average ulcerative stage , pain index and efficacy were observed and analyzed statistically . Results The effective rate was 72.4% in the control group in contrast with 89.5% of the treatment group.The efficiency difference between the two treatments was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Thymus oral solution can relieve RAU patients'suffering .This medicine is also a good help to heal RAU sufferers ,improve the quality of healing and reduce the recurrence rate of this illness .This treatment is an effective method applicable to common RAU patients .
