目的：探讨尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉对急性颈内动脉系统梗死患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶（ NSE）水平及其预后的的影响。方法检测治疗组及对照组患者外周血清NSE水平动态变化；并进行美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分量表（ NIHSS）评分判断预后。结果治疗组治疗后第3、5、7天外周血清NSE下降程度较对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；治疗后第14天NIHSS评分明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉能降低急性颈内动脉系统梗死患者外周血清NSE，对神经元细胞起保护作用；以NSE为量化指标，能在一定程度上反映尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉的疗效并预测预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone on neuron spe -cific enolase(NSE) in patients with acute anterior circulation infarction ,and to evaluate the clinical prognosis .Methods NSE concentration was determined, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) was recorded,and clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated in patients , and the results were compared between a urinary kallidinogenase combined edaravone treat -ment group (group A) and a conventional therapy group (group B).Results Serum NSE level of group A decreased signifi-cantly on d3,d5, and d7,which was lower than that of group B (P<0.05).NIHSS was significantly lower in group A than in group B on d14 after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone can protect neu-rons effectively and improve neurological function defects in patients with acute anterior circulation infarction .NSE, when ser-ving as quantitative indicators ,can reflect to some extent curative effect of urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone and predict prognosis .
