目的：比较4种不同工艺对镰形棘豆总黄酮提取的影响。方法：采用水提醇沉酸解、水提、碱提酸沉及水提酸解4种工艺提取，以镰形棘豆总黄酮得率及纯度为指标，NaNO2-Al(NO3)3比色法测定镰形棘豆总黄酮含量。结果：镰形棘豆最佳提取工艺为水提酸解。该提取物中总黄酮提取率为1.6%，纯度为：11.26%。结论：该工艺可用于镰形棘豆药材中总黄酮成分的提取，方法可靠，简便易行。
목적：비교4충불동공예대렴형극두총황동제취적영향。방법：채용수제순침산해、수제、감제산침급수제산해4충공예제취，이렴형극두총황동득솔급순도위지표，NaNO2-Al(NO3)3비색법측정렴형극두총황동함량。결과：렴형극두최가제취공예위수제산해。해제취물중총황동제취솔위1.6%，순도위：11.26%。결론：해공예가용우렴형극두약재중총황동성분적제취，방법가고，간편역행。
Objective:To compare the effects of four kinds of processes on the extraction of total flavonoids from LianXing JiDou(Oxytropis falcata Bunge). Methods:The contents of total flavonoids from LianXing JiDou were detected by NaNO2-Al(NO3) 3 chromatometry, the yield and the purity of total flavonoids were taken as the indexes, total flavonoids were extracted with the processes including water-extraction alcohol-precipitation and acid-hydroly-sis, water-extraction, alkaline-extraction and acid-precipitation, water-extraction and acid-hydrolysis. Results: The best extraction process for LianXing JiDou was water-extraction and acid-hydrolysis. The extraction percentage and the purity of total flavonoids were 1.6%and 11.26%respectively. Conclusion:The process could be used to extract total flavonoids from LianXing JiDou, which is reliable, simple and practicable.
