目的:了解血液感染病原菌分布及耐药情况。方法回顾分析2010年7月至2012年7月该院住院和门诊患者送检的2162例血培养阳性的标本,采用美国BD公司BACTE9120全自动血培养仪及专用血培养瓶,细菌鉴定采用法国生物梅里埃VITEK32全自动细菌鉴定仪,药敏试验采用K-B法。结果检出致病菌227株,血培养阳性率10.5%,革兰阳性菌156株,占68.7%,革兰阴性菌68株,占30%,真菌3株,占1.3%。葡萄球菌属、链球菌属、肠球菌属耐药率各异,但未发现万古霉素耐药的菌株,革兰阴性杆菌中,各菌属对抗菌药物均有一定的耐药率,但未发现亚胺培南的耐药株。结论血培养病原菌菌谱较广,以革兰阳性菌为主,革兰阴性菌次之,且耐药性情况普遍存在。因此,应及时对血液感染病原菌进行耐药性监测并用于指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。
目的:瞭解血液感染病原菌分佈及耐藥情況。方法迴顧分析2010年7月至2012年7月該院住院和門診患者送檢的2162例血培養暘性的標本,採用美國BD公司BACTE9120全自動血培養儀及專用血培養瓶,細菌鑒定採用法國生物梅裏埃VITEK32全自動細菌鑒定儀,藥敏試驗採用K-B法。結果檢齣緻病菌227株,血培養暘性率10.5%,革蘭暘性菌156株,佔68.7%,革蘭陰性菌68株,佔30%,真菌3株,佔1.3%。葡萄毬菌屬、鏈毬菌屬、腸毬菌屬耐藥率各異,但未髮現萬古黴素耐藥的菌株,革蘭陰性桿菌中,各菌屬對抗菌藥物均有一定的耐藥率,但未髮現亞胺培南的耐藥株。結論血培養病原菌菌譜較廣,以革蘭暘性菌為主,革蘭陰性菌次之,且耐藥性情況普遍存在。因此,應及時對血液感染病原菌進行耐藥性鑑測併用于指導臨床閤理使用抗菌藥物。
목적:료해혈액감염병원균분포급내약정황。방법회고분석2010년7월지2012년7월해원주원화문진환자송검적2162례혈배양양성적표본,채용미국BD공사BACTE9120전자동혈배양의급전용혈배양병,세균감정채용법국생물매리애VITEK32전자동세균감정의,약민시험채용K-B법。결과검출치병균227주,혈배양양성솔10.5%,혁란양성균156주,점68.7%,혁란음성균68주,점30%,진균3주,점1.3%。포도구균속、련구균속、장구균속내약솔각이,단미발현만고매소내약적균주,혁란음성간균중,각균속대항균약물균유일정적내약솔,단미발현아알배남적내약주。결론혈배양병원균균보교엄,이혁란양성균위주,혁란음성균차지,차내약성정황보편존재。인차,응급시대혈액감염병원균진행내약성감측병용우지도림상합리사용항균약물。
Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria about the blood infection.Methods 2 162 positive specimens of blood culture of inpatients and outpatients were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012.The American BD company BACTE 120 automatic blood culture apparatus and special blood culture bottle were used in blood culture.Merry Elvis VITEK32 automatic bacteria identification instrument was used in bacteria identification.K-B method was applied in the drug sensitive test.Results 227 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected,and the positive rate of blood culture was 10.5%.There were 156 strains of gram-positive bacteria accounting for 68.7%,68 strains of gram-negative bac-teria accounting for 30% and 3 strains of fungi accounting for 1 .3%.There were different rates of drug resistance about staph, streptococcus and enterococcus,but no vancomycin resistance strain.About gram-negative bacilli,there were some rates of drug re-sistance.But we did not find imipenem resistance strain.Conclusion Blood culture pathogenic bacteria spectrum is wide,the gram positive bacteria is given priority to,gram negative bacteria takes second place,and the drug resistance is widespread.So we should monitor the blood bacteria resistance in time and guide clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents.
