目的:探讨持续闭式引流(VSD)结合骨水泥抗生素链珠菌植入治疗股骨干骨折术后早期感染的临床疗效及护理措施。方法:将42例股骨干骨折术后感染患者随机分为观察组22例、对照组20例,观察组采用VSD联合抗生素链珠菌植入术及相应的围手术期护理,对照组采用常规换药。观察2组换药次数、住院天数、住院费用。结果:换药次数、住院天数、住院费用观察组均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VSD结合骨水泥抗生素链珠菌植入治疗股骨干骨折术后早期感染操作简单、安全有效,积极的护理配合,可有效减短患者住院时间,减少换药次数,减轻经济负担。

목적:탐토지속폐식인류(VSD)결합골수니항생소련주균식입치료고골간골절술후조기감염적림상료효급호리조시。방법:장42례고골간골절술후감염환자수궤분위관찰조22례、대조조20례,관찰조채용VSD연합항생소련주균식입술급상응적위수술기호리,대조조채용상규환약。관찰2조환약차수、주원천수、주원비용。결과:환약차수、주원천수、주원비용관찰조균소우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:VSD결합골수니항생소련주균식입치료고골간골절술후조기감염조작간단、안전유효,적겁적호리배합,가유효감단환자주원시간,감소환약차수,감경경제부담。
Objective:To explore clinical effects of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) combined with the implan-tation of antibiotics and bone cement in treating early infection of the patients after the surgery of femoral shaft frac-ture and the nursing measures. Methods:All 42 patients were randomized into 22 cases of the observation group and 20 cases of the control group, the observation group received VSD, the implantation of antibiotics and bone cement combined with the corresponding perioperative care, the control group routine dressings. The times of changing dressings, hospitalization days and the cost of both groups were observed. Results:The times of changing dressings, hospitalization days and the cost of the observation group were less than these of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:It is simple, safe and effective in treating early infection of the pa-tients after the surgery of femoral shaft fracture by VSD combined with the implantation of antibiotics and bone ce-ment, and it is one of the effective therapies against early infection, combined with active nursing measures, it could effectively shorten hospitalization time, reduce the times of changing dressings and economic load of the patients.
