目的：观察解痉、扩张支气管、抗炎、抗感染、平喘等西药联合寒哮方、热哮方、风哮方治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效。方法：将96例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。2组均给予西医止咳、平喘、化痰等对症治疗，观察组在对照组基础上按中医辨病辨证治疗，分别给予寒哮方、热哮方、风哮方。观察2组平均用药时间、肺部体征及症状消失时间。结果：总有效率观察组为93.75%，对照组为79.17%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。平均用药时间、肺部体征及症状消失时间观察组均较对照组短（P＜0.05）。结论：解痉、扩张支气管、抗炎、抗感染、平喘等西药联合寒哮方、热哮方、风哮方治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期患者临床疗效显著。

목적：관찰해경、확장지기관、항염、항감염、평천등서약연합한효방、열효방、풍효방치료지기관효천급성발작기적림상료효。방법：장96례환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각48례。2조균급여서의지해、평천、화담등대증치료，관찰조재대조조기출상안중의변병변증치료，분별급여한효방、열효방、풍효방。관찰2조평균용약시간、폐부체정급증상소실시간。결과：총유효솔관찰조위93.75%，대조조위79.17%，2조상비차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。평균용약시간、폐부체정급증상소실시간관찰조균교대조조단（P＜0.05）。결론：해경、확장지기관、항염、항감염、평천등서약연합한효방、열효방、풍효방치료지기관효천급성발작기환자림상료효현저。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of Western medicine, which could relieve the spasm and the asthma, dilate the bronchia, fight against the inflammation and infection, and the prescriptions for asthma patients in cold pattern, heat pattern and wind pattern, in the treatment for bronchial asthma at attack stage. Methods:All 96 pa-tients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups accepted Western medicine of stopping the cough, relieving the asthma and eliminating the phlegm, the observation group took the decoctions re-spectively according to the patterns of the patients. Average medication time, pulmonary signs and symptoms disap-pearing time were surveyed in both groups. Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, higher than 79.17%of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (P<0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in average medication time, pulmonary signs and symptoms disappearing time (P<0.05). Conclusion:Western medicine which could relieve the spasm and the asthma, dilate the bronchia, fight a-gainst the inflammation and infection, combined with the prescriptions for different patterns are effective in treating asthma at attack stage.
