自动需求响应是智能电网的核心技术功能之一,但是对于自动需求响应及其在智能电网中的重要作用,国内外在学术研究、工业实践等方面都存在巨大的差距。自动需求响应不依赖于任何的人工操作,可以大大提高需求响应的时效性、可靠性、灵活性和成本效益。自动需求响应颠覆了传统的需求响应认识,将需求响应的主要功能从优化电能配置拓展到了向系统提供实时辅助服务,真正将需求响应纳入实时调度范畴,充分利用负荷的实时可调节潜力,极大地提高系统间歇性能源接入能力和安全稳定运行能力。文章还讨论了智能电网新技术对自动需求响应功能的支撑作标准及试点工程。最后,分析了国内实施自动需求响应存在的障碍,指出了我国开展自动需求响应的潜力和发展方向。

Automated demand response (ADR) is one of the core technical functions of smart grids, however, as for ADR itself and its important role in smart grid there is large gap in both academic researches and engineering practices home and abroad. Independent of any manual operation, ADR can obviously improve timeliness, reliability and flexibility as well as cost-effectiveness of demand response (DR). ADR subverts the traditional understanding of DR and expands main functions of DR from optimizing power allocation to providing real-time auxiliary services to power system, thus ADR is really brought DR into the field of real-time dispatching, fully utilizes real-time adjustable potential of power load, tremendously enhances the connecting-ability of Intermittent energy sources and secure and stable operation capability of power grids. In this paper the supporting role of smart grid technology to ADR functions is discussed and based on international investigation the research items, standards and pilot projects related to ADR are introduced. Finally, existing obstacles to the implementation of ADR in China are analyzed, and the huge potential and development trend of carrying out ADR in China are pointed out.
