目的：观察消痔灵注射液内镜下注射治疗胃肠血管畸形的疗效。方法：将经胃镜、肠镜检查确诊为胃肠血管畸形的33例患者，内镜下于病灶处注射消痔灵注射液1~5 ml，并观察注射后病灶的变化情况。结果：33例患者治愈23例，好转9例，无效1例，治愈率69.70%，总有效率96.97%。均未出现消化道大出血、胃肠穿孔等并发症。结论：消痔灵注射液内镜下注射可以安全有效治疗胃肠血管畸形。
목적：관찰소치령주사액내경하주사치료위장혈관기형적료효。방법：장경위경、장경검사학진위위장혈관기형적33례환자，내경하우병조처주사소치령주사액1~5 ml，병관찰주사후병조적변화정황。결과：33례환자치유23례，호전9례，무효1례，치유솔69.70%，총유효솔96.97%。균미출현소화도대출혈、위장천공등병발증。결론：소치령주사액내경하주사가이안전유효치료위장혈관기형。
Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaozhiling injection injected by endoscopy in the treatment of gastrointestinal vascular malformation. Method:The patients with gastrointestinal vascular malformation diagnosed by gastroscopy and colonoscopy were 33 cases,all were injected Xiaozhiling injection 1-5 ml by endoscopy,and the changes of lesions were observed after being injected.Result:All of the 33 patients,23 cases were cured,9 cases were improved,1 case was ineffective,the rate of cure was 69.70%,the rate of total efficiency was 96.97%.There were no complications such as massive hemorrhage of the gastrointestinal tract and the gastrointestinal perforation.Conclusion:Xiaozhiling injection injected by endoscopy in treatment of gastrointestinal vascular malformation is effective and safe.
