目的：观察前列腺素E1在肝硬化治疗过程中的效果。方法：选择2010年11月-2011年7月笔者所在医院采用前列腺素E1(凯时)注射液进行治疗的肝硬化患者60例作为试验组。同时选择65例患者作为对照组进行常规治疗。结果：两组治疗总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组症状总改善率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：前列腺素E1在肝硬化的临床治疗中有着十分显著的效果，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰전렬선소E1재간경화치료과정중적효과。방법：선택2010년11월-2011년7월필자소재의원채용전렬선소E1(개시)주사액진행치료적간경화환자60례작위시험조。동시선택65례환자작위대조조진행상규치료。결과：량조치료총유효솔비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조증상총개선솔비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：전렬선소E1재간경화적림상치료중유착십분현저적효과，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the effect of prostaglandin E1 in the treatment of liver cirrhosis.Method:A total of 60 patients with liver cirrhosis were treated with prostaglandin E1(Kaishi) injection treatment in our hospital from November 2010 to July 2011 were chosen as the test group.At the same time,65 cases treated with the conventional treatment were chosen as the control group.Result:The total effective rates in the two groups were compared,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total symptoms improved rates in the two groups were compared,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prostaglandin E1 has a very obvious effect in the clinical treatment of liver cirrhosis,is worthy of promoting and applying in the clinical.
