目的：观察行气止痛克疡汤(自拟)治疗肝气犯胃型胃溃疡疗效。方法：将临床收治的68例肝气犯胃型胃溃疡患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，各34例。治疗组给予行气止痛克疡汤加减并口服西药三联治疗，对照组给予口服西药三联治疗，两组均治疗4周判定疗效。结果：两组症状改善总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组胃镜下检查总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肝气犯胃型胃溃疡患者实施中医行气止痛克疡汤并口服西药三联治疗，具有良好的临床效果，疗效优于单纯西药组。
목적：관찰행기지통극양탕(자의)치료간기범위형위궤양료효。방법：장림상수치적68례간기범위형위궤양환자채용수궤수자표법분위치료조화대조조，각34례。치료조급여행기지통극양탕가감병구복서약삼련치료，대조조급여구복서약삼련치료，량조균치료4주판정료효。결과：량조증상개선총유효솔비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；량조위경하검사총유효솔비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：간기범위형위궤양환자실시중의행기지통극양탕병구복서약삼련치료，구유량호적림상효과，료효우우단순서약조。
Objective:To observe the effect of Xingqizhitongkeyang decoction in treatment of liver qi attacking gastric ulcer.Method:The clinical 68 cases of liver qi attacking gastric ulcer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,34 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Xingqizhitongkeyang decoction and orally medicine triple therapy,and the control group was given orally medicine triple therapy,two groups were treated for 4 weeks to determine efficacy.Result:The symptoms improve the total effective rate of two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The gastroscope check the total effective rate of two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Xingqizhitongkeyang decoction and orally medicine triple therapy in treatment of liver qi attacking gastric ulcer is good.It is better than pure western medicine group.
