目的：探讨护理干预在急性STEMI患者中的应用效果。方法选取急性STEMI患者共60例，按入院时间顺序分为对照组和干预组，各30例。对照组给予常规护理；干预组在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预措施，分别在入院时与入院后10天，通过抑郁量表评分及抑郁状态问卷比较两组患者的心理状态。结果干预组心理评定优于对照组，两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预措施能有效改善患者的抑郁情绪。
목적：탐토호리간예재급성STEMI환자중적응용효과。방법선취급성STEMI환자공60례，안입원시간순서분위대조조화간예조，각30례。대조조급여상규호리；간예조재상규호리적기출상급여호리간예조시，분별재입원시여입원후10천，통과억욱량표평분급억욱상태문권비교량조환자적심리상태。결과간예조심리평정우우대조조，량조지간적차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론호리간예조시능유효개선환자적억욱정서。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with acute STEMI. Methods A total of 60 cases of acute STEMI patients, according to admission time sequence was divided into intervention group and control group, 30 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing;intervention group were given nursing intervention on the basis of routine care, respectively, at the time of admission and 10 days after admission, the depression scale and depression status inventory compared two groups of patients with mental state. Results The intervention group psychological evaluation was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the depression of patients.
