目的：分析肋骨骨折X线漏诊的原因，提高肋骨骨折X线平片的检出率。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2012年12月对我院410例肋骨骨折患者临床资料。结果首次X线平片未发现肋骨骨折19例，占总病例的4.63％。结论 X线检查是诊断肋骨骨折的重要手段，明确的检查部位，以及适当的体位和合适的投照条件是减少漏诊的关键。
목적：분석륵골골절X선루진적원인，제고륵골골절X선평편적검출솔。방법회고성분석2008년1월～2012년12월대아원410례륵골골절환자림상자료。결과수차X선평편미발현륵골골절19례，점총병례적4.63％。결론 X선검사시진단륵골골절적중요수단，명학적검사부위，이급괄당적체위화합괄적투조조건시감소루진적관건。
Objective To analyze the causes of X-ray missed diagnosis of rib fracture of rib fracture, improve the detection rate of X-ray plain film. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2008 January to 2012 December in our hospital 410 cases of rib fractures in patients with clinical data. The Results of the first X-ray films showed no rib fracture in 19 cases, accounted for 4.63% of the total cases. Conclusion the X-ray examination is an important means of diagnosis of rib fracture, check the position clear, and proper posture and suitable projection condition is the key to reduce missed diagnosis.
