目的：探讨细胞因子在急性呼吸窘迫综合征发病中的表达情况及其对预后的影响。方法：采用中英文检索词方式检索有关“急性呼吸窘迫综合征与细胞因子相关性研究”方面的论著，整理相关数据并进行分析。结果：ARDS患者BALF及血清中细胞因子含量明显高于对照组；多数ARDS患者死亡组BALF及血清中细胞因子含量明显高于存活组。结论：细胞因子参与了ARDS的发病过程，促炎因子与抗炎因子的失衡导致了ARDS的发生与进展；部分细胞因子对患者的死亡率有一定的预测价值。

Objective :To discuss the role of cytokines in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS ) .Methods :Searching the keywords of“ARDS and cytokines”with English and Chinese ,systemizing and analyzing relevant data . Results:The contents of cytokines in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and serum of ARDS patients are significantly higher than that of control groups .The cytokine in BALF and serum of most ARDS patients died groups are signifi-cantly higher than that of live groups .Conclusion:These cytokines participate in the pathogenesis of ARDS ,the imbal-ance of pro-inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines resulting in the genesis and progression of ARDS . Part of these cytokines to the patient's mortality have predictive value .
