目的：分析微生态活菌制品在我院儿科的应用现状，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法，选取2010年1月至2012年12月我院儿科病房使用微生态活菌制品的相关病例，对该类药物的应用情况进行统计分析，并与其合理使用标准进行比较。结果我院儿科使用微生态活菌制品人数逐年增长；使用数量最多的是枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒；以腹泻病和功能性胃肠疾病为主要使用病种；用药不合理问题以联用收敛吸附剂、碱性药物、胃蛋白酶合剂及2h内联用抗生素为主，不合理用药比例逐年减少。结论我院微生态活菌制品的应用数量和应用范围都呈逐年升高趋势，但用药合理性有待进一步提高。

Objective To analyze of viable microbial products in our hospital pediatric application status ,to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use .Methods A retrospective survey methods to select from January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital pediatric wards viable microbial products related cases ,the application of this class of drugs for statistical analysis ,and use its reasonable standard for comparison .Results Our hospital pediatric use microbial growth year after year the number of viable products ;using the largest number of viable cells of Bacillus subtilis two linked particles ;to diarrheal disease and functional gastrointestinal disorders as the main use of disease ;medication combined with unreasonable questions to converge adsorption agents ,basic drugs , pepsin mixture and 2 h mainly inline with antibiotics ,decreasing the proportion of irrational drug use . .Conclusion Our hospital viable microbial products were tested application number and range of applications increased year by year trend ,but rational drug use should be further improved .
