目的：探讨胃癌患者化疗前后血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CA72-4以及癌胚抗原（CEA ）表达水平的变化与化疗疗效的关系。方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月至2012年12月收治的52例胃癌患者的病例资料。应用电化学发光法检测52例胃癌患者化疗前、化疗2周期后血清CA19-9、CA72-4以及CEA水平，分析化疗前后血清肿瘤标志物水平的变化与临床资料的关系。结果52例胃癌患者化疗后5例完全缓解，17例部分缓解，19例稳定，11例进展。以CA19-9、CA72-4、CEA 3个肿瘤标志物视为一个整体，其化疗后整体变化与肿瘤临床分期、病理分化程度、化疗疗效相关，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论化疗可使胃癌患者血清CA19-9、CA72-4、CEA的表达水平降低，对判断胃癌化疗疗效有一定预测价值。
목적：탐토위암환자화료전후혈청종류표지물CA19-9、CA72-4이급암배항원（CEA ）표체수평적변화여화료료효적관계。방법회고성분석아원2012년1월지2012년12월수치적52례위암환자적병례자료。응용전화학발광법검측52례위암환자화료전、화료2주기후혈청CA19-9、CA72-4이급CEA수평，분석화료전후혈청종류표지물수평적변화여림상자료적관계。결과52례위암환자화료후5례완전완해，17례부분완해，19례은정，11례진전。이CA19-9、CA72-4、CEA 3개종류표지물시위일개정체，기화료후정체변화여종류림상분기、병리분화정도、화료료효상관，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론화료가사위암환자혈청CA19-9、CA72-4、CEA적표체수평강저，대판단위암화료료효유일정예측개치。
Objective To investigate the correlation between variations in serum level of tumor marker CA 19-9 , CA72-4 and CEA in patients with gastric cancer and the objective response before and after chemotherapy .Methods A retrospective analysis of 52 cases with gastric cancer which were treated in our hospital from January 01 ,2012 to Decem-ber 31 ,2012 was conducted .The serum levels of CA19-9 ,CA72-4 and CEA before and after chemotherapy were detec-ted by the electrochemiluminescence assay .Results Therapeutic efficacy among 52 patients were 5 patients of complete response (CR) ,17 of partial response (PR) ,19 of stable disease (SD) ,11 of progressive disease(PD) .The effect of chemotherapy on the serum levels of the unity of CA 19-9 ,CA72-4 and CEA were associated with clinical staging ,histo-logic grade and therapeutic efficacy ,with statistical significance (P<0.05) .Conclusion Chemotherapy can decrease the serum CA19-9 ,CA72-4 and CEA levels in patients with gastric cancer .The serum CA19-9 ,CA72-4 and CEA levels may have predictive value for the efficacy of chemotherapy .
