目的:探讨非甾体类消炎药(NSAIDs)与角膜融解间的联系。方法对98眼翼状胬肉的患者行翼状胬肉切除手术,随机分为来那个组。观察组:50眼术后使用非甾体类消炎药(双氯芬酸钠眼液)、典必舒、贝复舒点眼。对照组:48眼术后使用典必舒、贝复舒点眼。结果两组间比较,术后3d观察组发生角膜溶解2例,对照组无发生;术后1w内观察组发生角膜溶解12例,对照组发生角膜溶解4例,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后2w观察组再发生角膜溶解1例,对照组无发生。结论非甾体类消炎药可引起角膜融解,并针对病因学进行讨论,并且针对个体情况推荐合理的非甾体消炎药使用方法。

목적:탐토비치체류소염약(NSAIDs)여각막융해간적련계。방법대98안익상노육적환자행익상노육절제수술,수궤분위래나개조。관찰조:50안술후사용비치체류소염약(쌍록분산납안액)、전필서、패복서점안。대조조:48안술후사용전필서、패복서점안。결과량조간비교,술후3d관찰조발생각막용해2례,대조조무발생;술후1w내관찰조발생각막용해12례,대조조발생각막용해4례,이자비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);술후2w관찰조재발생각막용해1례,대조조무발생。결론비치체류소염약가인기각막융해,병침대병인학진행토론,병차침대개체정황추천합리적비치체소염약사용방법。
Objective:To study the relationship between the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs) and the corneal melting. Methods: 98 eyes of pterygium underwent pterygium excision operation, were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group:In 50 eyes after the operation use non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (diclofenac sodium eye drops), TobraDex, bFGF .control group :In 48 eyes after the operation use TobraDex,and bFGF . Results:After three days of the operation, observation group had corneal dissolution in 2 cases, control group without any;After a week of the operation,observation group had corneal dissolution in 12 cases, control group had corneal dissolution in 4 cases,There was statistical y significant dif erence between the two groups (P<0.05);After two weeks of the operation,observation group had corneal dissolution in 1 cases, control group without any. Conclusion:Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can cause corneal melting.
