目的：观察分析冠心病患者介入诊疗术前心理干预对介入诊疗手术的影响。方法504例患者随机分为观察组254例与对照组250例。观察组在给予常规介入诊疗术前干预，并给予心理指导及干预；对照组只给予常规介入诊疗术前心理指导。结果两组患者介入诊疗术前异常心理特征差异无显著性(P>0.05)，术后异常心理特征差异显著(P<0.00)；与对照组相比，观察组术后并发症较少(P<0.00)。结论冠心病患者介入诊疗术前心理干预，可提高手术的成功率和安全性，减少并发症。
목적：관찰분석관심병환자개입진료술전심리간예대개입진료수술적영향。방법504례환자수궤분위관찰조254례여대조조250례。관찰조재급여상규개입진료술전간예，병급여심리지도급간예；대조조지급여상규개입진료술전심리지도。결과량조환자개입진료술전이상심리특정차이무현저성(P>0.05)，술후이상심리특정차이현저(P<0.00)；여대조조상비，관찰조술후병발증교소(P<0.00)。결론관심병환자개입진료술전심리간예，가제고수술적성공솔화안전성，감소병발증。
Objective To analyze influence of preoperative psychological intervention on interventional programs in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 504 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 254 cases in the treatment group and 250 cases in the control group.The interventional programs including general treatment and psychological approaches associated with reduction of abnormal psychological distress were performed in the treatment group.Otherwise,the routine approaches were given in the control group. Results There was no distinction of abnormal psychological features between the two groups (P>0.05). Psychological status of the two groups after interventional programs was dif erent (P<0.00). There were more patients who accepted interventional therapies and fewer complications in the treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.00). Conclusion Preoperative psychological intervention wil benefit the patients undergoing interventional programs and reduce the complications .
