目的：运用彩色多普勒超声诊断外伤性骨化性肌炎，探讨其特征超声表现在诊断外伤性骨化性肌炎中的价值。方法对11例经病理证实的外伤性骨化性肌炎患者的声像图特征进行回顾性分析、总结并与病理结果进行对照。结果早期外伤性骨化性肌炎在软组织内可见低弱回声团块；中晚期，在软组织内可见局限性点状或团块状的强回声，后方伴有声影，具有典型的超声声像表现。结论超声可作为外伤性骨化性肌炎的首选检查方法，尤其对中晚期外伤性骨化性肌炎可以明确诊断。
목적：운용채색다보륵초성진단외상성골화성기염，탐토기특정초성표현재진단외상성골화성기염중적개치。방법대11례경병리증실적외상성골화성기염환자적성상도특정진행회고성분석、총결병여병리결과진행대조。결과조기외상성골화성기염재연조직내가견저약회성단괴；중만기，재연조직내가견국한성점상혹단괴상적강회성，후방반유성영，구유전형적초성성상표현。결론초성가작위외상성골화성기염적수선검사방법，우기대중만기외상성골화성기염가이명학진단。
Objective To explore the ultrasonic manifestation and the diagnostic value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the traumatic myositis ossificans (TMO). Methods Col ect 11 cases of TMO confirmed by operation and pathology to analyze the ultrasonic manifestation and compare to the pathology retrospectively. Results During the early phase of TMO,uneven lower ultrasonic echo or even sans echo lump were found in soft tissue. During the mid or anaphase, circumscribed sprinkled or agglomerate strong echo were found in the soft tissue,which is the characteristic ultrasonic manifestation. Conclusions The Color Doppler Ultrasound can be used as the preferred method of examination of TMO,especial y during the mid or anaphase.
