Molodtsov introduces the concept of soft set theory which can be used as generic mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty. In this paper, the notions of fuzzy soft subfields and co-fuzzy soft subfields are given. Some of their properties are studied. Furthermore, definitions of fuzzy soft homomorphism and fuzzy soft isomomorphism of fuzzy soft subfields and co-fuzzy soft subfields are defined and the theorems of isomomorphic image and homomorphic pre-image of fuzzy soft subfields and co-fuzzy soft subfields are given.
