目的:探讨PDCA循环在心内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将276名心内科实习生随机分为实验组157名和对照组119名,对照组采用传统带教制进行临床教学,实验组在对照组基础上应用PDCA循环管理方法带教;比较两组临床教学满意度及出科考核成绩。结果:实验组临床教学满意度调查总得分、出科考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在医院临床教学中应用PDCA循环管理,改变了传统带教的盲目性,使教学对象满意度不断提升,有助于临床教学质量的不断提高。

목적:탐토PDCA순배재심내과림상교학중적응용효과。방법:장276명심내과실습생수궤분위실험조157명화대조조119명,대조조채용전통대교제진행림상교학,실험조재대조조기출상응용PDCA순배관리방법대교;비교량조림상교학만의도급출과고핵성적。결과:실험조림상교학만의도조사총득분、출과고핵성적명현고우대조조(P<0.01)。결론:재의원림상교학중응용PDCA순배관리,개변료전통대교적맹목성,사교학대상만의도불단제승,유조우림상교학질량적불단제고。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in clinical teaching in the department of cardiology .Methods:276 interns in the department of cardiology were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=157) and the control group (n=119).The traditional teaching medel was used in the clinical teaching in the control group ;PDCA cycle management model was applied to the clinical teaching in the experimental group based on the traditional one .The satisfaction with clinical teaching and the examination results of the in-terns at the end of clinical practice were compared between the two groups .Results:The total score of satisfaction with clinical teaching and the scores of examination were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The PDCA cy-cle mangement applied to the clinical teaching can change the blindness in the traditional clinical teaching and is conducive to the improve -ment of the quality of clinical teaching .
