目的:调查护理本科生(简称护生)专业承诺现状,分析其影响因素,并提出相应对策。方法:采用护理专业承诺量表对某大学在校所有护生进行调查,比较不同年级、不同本科层次、不同生源地、是否独生子女的护生专业承诺的差异,并分析护生专业承诺的影响因素。结果:本组护生承诺总评分为(86.74±15.91)分;大一护生专业承诺评分最高,大四护生评分最低;统招护生评分低于独立学院护生(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析显示,护理专业兴趣、学校重视程度、护理就业前景和社会认可度对护生专业承诺有预测作用。结论:护理本科生专业承诺总体水平中等,不同年级、不同本科层次护生专业承诺不同,因受多因素影响,教育者应有针对性地对其进行专业思想教育。

목적:조사호리본과생(간칭호생)전업승낙현상,분석기영향인소,병제출상응대책。방법:채용호리전업승낙량표대모대학재교소유호생진행조사,비교불동년급、불동본과층차、불동생원지、시부독생자녀적호생전업승낙적차이,병분석호생전업승낙적영향인소。결과:본조호생승낙총평분위(86.74±15.91)분;대일호생전업승낙평분최고,대사호생평분최저;통초호생평분저우독립학원호생(P<0.05);경다원선성회귀분석현시,호리전업흥취、학교중시정도、호리취업전경화사회인가도대호생전업승낙유예측작용。결론:호리본과생전업승낙총체수평중등,불동년급、불동본과층차호생전업승낙불동,인수다인소영향,교육자응유침대성지대기진행전업사상교육。
Objective:To investigate the current situation of the professional commitment of nursing undergraduates ,analyze the influen-cing factors and put forward the corresponding countermeasures .Methods:The nursing professional commitment scale was used to make an investigation on all nursing undergraduates ( referred to as nursing students ) of a certain university and the differences of professional com-mitment were compared in nursing students with different grades ,different undergraduate levels ,different hometown ,or whether he/she was only child in the family and the influencing factors of professional commitment of nursing students were analyzed .Results:The total commit-ment score of nursing students was (86.74 ±15.91)points in this group;the professional commitment scores of fresher were the highest and the professional commitment scores of junior students were the lowest;the scores of nursing students enrolled by national entrance ex-amination were lower than those of the nursing students of independent college ( P<0.05);the multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the student's interest in nursing profession ,the attention paid by college ,employment prospects of nurses and social recognition has the predictive effect on the professional commitment of nursing students .Conclusion:The professional commitment of nursing under-graduates is in middle level .The students with different grades and different undergraduate levels have different professional commitment , so educators should focus on ideological education on professional aspect .
