目的:分析滤除白细胞血液制品的质量及临床应用效果。方法选择2008年7月至2012年12月接受输血治疗的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,并将患者分为实验组与对照组,实验组输注滤除白细胞血液制品,对照组输注未滤除白细胞血液制品。比较两组患者红细胞输注效果及非溶血性发热性输血反应发生情况。结果经白细胞滤除处理后,血液制品中的白细胞浓度明显降低(P<0.05),但对血红蛋白、游离血红蛋白及红细胞浓度无影响(P>0.05)。血液制品经滤除白细胞处理后,Na+、K+、pH值、细菌、白细胞残留量及红细胞回收率等项目检测结果均在正常范围内。实验组患者红细胞输注有效率高于对照组患者,非溶血性发热性输血反应发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论输注滤除白细胞的血液制品可提高输血治疗的效果,减少非溶血性发热性输血反应等输血不良反应的发生。

목적:분석려제백세포혈액제품적질량급림상응용효과。방법선택2008년7월지2012년12월접수수혈치료적환자림상자료진행회고성분석,병장환자분위실험조여대조조,실험조수주려제백세포혈액제품,대조조수주미려제백세포혈액제품。비교량조환자홍세포수주효과급비용혈성발열성수혈반응발생정황。결과경백세포려제처리후,혈액제품중적백세포농도명현강저(P<0.05),단대혈홍단백、유리혈홍단백급홍세포농도무영향(P>0.05)。혈액제품경려제백세포처리후,Na+、K+、pH치、세균、백세포잔류량급홍세포회수솔등항목검측결과균재정상범위내。실험조환자홍세포수주유효솔고우대조조환자,비용혈성발열성수혈반응발생솔저우대조조환자(P<0.05)。결론수주려제백세포적혈액제품가제고수혈치료적효과,감소비용혈성발열성수혈반응등수혈불량반응적발생。
Objective To investigate the quality and application effect of leukoreduced blood products .Methods Patients treated with blood transfusion from July 2008 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively .All pa-tients were divided into experiment group ,treated with leukoreduced blood products ,and control group ,treated with unleukoreduced blood products .Red blood cell transfusions effect and incidence rate of febrile non-haemolytic trans-fusion reaction (FNHTR) were compared between the two groups .Results Level of white blood cells in leukore-duced blood products was significantly lower than that in unleukoreduced blood products (P<0 .05) .Concentrations of hemoglobin ,free hemoglobin and red blood cells were not statistically different between the two kinds of blood products (P>0 .05) .The effective rate of red blood cell transfusions in experiment group was higher than control group ,but the incidence rate of FNHTR was lower (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Transfusion of leukoreduced blood prod-ucts could improve the therapeutic effect ,and reduce the incidence of the adverse reaction of blood transfusion ,inclu-ding FNHTR .
