目的:探讨柳州市、来宾市、河池市采供血机构实施血液标本集中检测在提高血液制品质量,保障输血安全性方面的意义。方法评价集中检测实验室的检测工作质量,回顾性分析集中检测前后献血者血液标本各项血液传染性疾病指标检测结果。结果集中检测实验室在各级室间质评活动中取得优异成绩;集中检测后采用互补片段试剂组合模式进行血液传染性疾病指标检测,检测阳性率高于集中检测前得随机试剂组合模式( P<0.05);集中检测后采用酶联免疫吸附法联合核酸检测法进行血液传染性疾病指标检测,阳性率较集中检测前仅采用酶联免疫吸附法明显增高(P<0.05)。结论柳州市、来宾市、河池市采供血机构实施血液标本集中检测,能够明显提高血液制品质量,保障临床输血安全性。

목적:탐토류주시、래빈시、하지시채공혈궤구실시혈액표본집중검측재제고혈액제품질량,보장수혈안전성방면적의의。방법평개집중검측실험실적검측공작질량,회고성분석집중검측전후헌혈자혈액표본각항혈액전염성질병지표검측결과。결과집중검측실험실재각급실간질평활동중취득우이성적;집중검측후채용호보편단시제조합모식진행혈액전염성질병지표검측,검측양성솔고우집중검측전득수궤시제조합모식( P<0.05);집중검측후채용매련면역흡부법연합핵산검측법진행혈액전염성질병지표검측,양성솔교집중검측전부채용매련면역흡부법명현증고(P<0.05)。결론류주시、래빈시、하지시채공혈궤구실시혈액표본집중검측,능구명현제고혈액제품질량,보장림상수혈안전성。
Objective To investigate the application significance of centralized samples detection among blood transfusion services in Liuzhou ,Laibin and Hechi .Methods Performance quality of centralized detection laboratory was evaluated ,and data of samples detection before and after centralized detection were retrospectively analyzed .Re-sults Centralized detection laboratory achieved excellent results in various external quality assessments .Complement fragment reagents ,used after centralized detection ,could be with more sensitivity for the detection for blood markers of infectious diseases than randomly selected reagents ,used before centralized detection (P<0 .05) .After centralized detection ,combined application of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and nucleic acid detection could be more sensi-tivity than alone used enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Centralized samples detection a-mong blood transfusion services in Liuzhou ,Laibin and Hechi could improve quality of blood products and ensured the safety of clinical blood transfusion .
