耙吸挖泥船疏浚施工时耙头耙臂受多种阻力影响,其成因、表现结果各有不同,耙头挖掘过程中水流、砂床、泥浆等因素共同作用,很难通过理论方法对耙头耙臂阻力进行定量计算。本文基于试验的方法,通过大量试验数据确定阻力算法中某些参数,并将实船测试数据用来校验算法的合理性和准确性,结果表明,经过修正的计算值与实测值吻合良好。

During the procedure of a Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger(TSHD)’s dredging,there are many kinds of dredging force on the drag head and its pipeline.These kinds of force have different causes of factors,such as water flow, sand bed,mixture flow and so on.It is difficult to calculate quantitatively the whole dredging force by theoretical method.This article has carried on plenty of experiments on dredging models and cutting teeth in order to determine some parameters in the algorithm of dredging force, and then use the prototype data to test and verify this algorithm. According to the result,the revised calculating data fit the prototype data well.
