对输电线路设备进行带电水冲洗是防止电网发生污闪事故的简便有效且经济效益高的方法。介绍了国内外带电水冲洗装置的技术状况。基于车载式的水冲洗装置,集多种传感测距技术、场强距离预警技术、视频监控系统等,设计了一套可视化的安全防护系统。提出通过视频监控系统实现水枪喷嘴对冲洗绝缘子的测距瞄准功能。通过超声波测距技术实现对水枪平台的安全防护。利用模拟电荷法对高压输电线路周围空间二维工频场强的计算,通过提出的场强矢量定位法,得到测量点相对输电线路的较精确位置。提出由两点场强测量得到水冲洗装置与线路的相对位置和最近距离。最后对220 kV的高压输电线路的场强矢量定位方法进行仿真,并通过现场的实际测试进行了验证。
對輸電線路設備進行帶電水遲洗是防止電網髮生汙閃事故的簡便有效且經濟效益高的方法。介紹瞭國內外帶電水遲洗裝置的技術狀況。基于車載式的水遲洗裝置,集多種傳感測距技術、場彊距離預警技術、視頻鑑控繫統等,設計瞭一套可視化的安全防護繫統。提齣通過視頻鑑控繫統實現水鎗噴嘴對遲洗絕緣子的測距瞄準功能。通過超聲波測距技術實現對水鎗平檯的安全防護。利用模擬電荷法對高壓輸電線路週圍空間二維工頻場彊的計算,通過提齣的場彊矢量定位法,得到測量點相對輸電線路的較精確位置。提齣由兩點場彊測量得到水遲洗裝置與線路的相對位置和最近距離。最後對220 kV的高壓輸電線路的場彊矢量定位方法進行倣真,併通過現場的實際測試進行瞭驗證。

Hot washing on power transmission line devices is a convenient and effective way with high economic benefits for avoiding power grid pollution flashover.Technologies of the high-altitude hot washing devices worldwide are briefly described. Based on vehicle hot washing devices,a security protection system is designed,which contains multiple kinds of distance measuring technique,electric field distance prediction warning technique,a video monitoring system and so on.Distance measure and aiming function between the water gun and the insulators is achieved through the video monitoring system presented.Safety protection for the water gun platform is realized through ultrasonic distance measurement.After two-dimensional field intensity computation around the high voltage transmission lines with the charge simulation method,the probable accurate location between transmission lines and field measurement position is obtained through the field strength vector location method presented.The relative position and the nearest distance between washing devices and transmission lines are acquired by the proposal of the two field measurement way.Finally,the simulation of field strength vector location about 220 kV transmission lines is made with verification made by site actual test.
