目的:探讨大肠癌组织VEGF、Ki-67的表达和微血管密度(MVD)及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测60例大肠癌组织中VEGF、Ki-67的表达和MVD,并分析其临床特征及相关性。结果:大肠癌VEGF、Ki-67的阳性表达率分别为76.7%、73.2%,明显高于癌旁肠组织的35.0%、20.1%。两者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF阳性率在有/无淋巴结转移的大肠癌中差异显著(P<0.05);VEGF阳性表达组MVD值显著高于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF与大肠癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关,提示阻断VEGF通路将对大肠癌的治疗提供新的靶点。Ki-67是肿瘤良恶性鉴别、提示预后的重要指标。

목적:탐토대장암조직VEGF、Ki-67적표체화미혈관밀도(MVD)급기림상의의。방법:응용면역조화SP법검측60례대장암조직중VEGF、Ki-67적표체화MVD,병분석기림상특정급상관성。결과:대장암VEGF、Ki-67적양성표체솔분별위76.7%、73.2%,명현고우암방장조직적35.0%、20.1%。량자비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);VEGF양성솔재유/무림파결전이적대장암중차이현저(P<0.05);VEGF양성표체조MVD치현저고우음성조(P<0.05)。결론:VEGF여대장암적발생、발전화전이밀절상관,제시조단VEGF통로장대대장암적치료제공신적파점。Ki-67시종류량악성감별、제시예후적중요지표。
Objective:To investigate effect of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),Ki-67 and on intratumour microvessel density(MVD)in colorectal carcinoma tissues. Method:The immunohistochemical(SP method)was used to detect the expression of VEGF, Ki-67 and MVD in 60 cases of colorectal carcinomas,analyzed the clinical pathological characteristics and correlation. Result:The positive expression rates of VEGF and Ki-67 of colorectal carcinoma were 76.7%and 73.2%,which were higher than that in adjacent non-neoplastic tissue(35.0%and 20.1%)(P<0.05). The expression of VEGF in colorectal carcinoma was correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The expression of VEGF was correlated with MVD(P<0.05). Conclusion:VEGF might have important significance in the carcinogenesis,progression and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma,and VEGF might be as a potentially useful target for therapeutic intervention in colorectal carcinoma patients. Ki-67 plays an important value in differential diagnosis and prognosis of the tumour.
