近年研究表明,Id-1在人类多种头颈部恶性肿瘤诸如口腔鳞癌、鼻咽癌、喉癌、涎腺肿瘤等中过表达并通过多条信号通路推进细胞周期的演进,促进肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、浸润,抑制细胞分化和诱导血管的发生,与肿瘤的预后密切相关,而且有望成为肿瘤治疗中的新靶点。
近年研究錶明,Id-1在人類多種頭頸部噁性腫瘤諸如口腔鱗癌、鼻嚥癌、喉癌、涎腺腫瘤等中過錶達併通過多條信號通路推進細胞週期的縯進,促進腫瘤細胞增殖、遷移、浸潤,抑製細胞分化和誘導血管的髮生,與腫瘤的預後密切相關,而且有望成為腫瘤治療中的新靶點。
근년연구표명,Id-1재인류다충두경부악성종류제여구강린암、비인암、후암、연선종류등중과표체병통과다조신호통로추진세포주기적연진,촉진종류세포증식、천이、침윤,억제세포분화화유도혈관적발생,여종류적예후밀절상관,이차유망성위종류치료중적신파점。
Inhibitor of Differentiation Protein 1(Id-1)as a new quasi-proto-oncogene,gets growing concern. In recent years,studies have shown the over expression of Id-1 in a variety of head and neck cancer in humans,such as oral squamous cell carcinoma,nasopharyngeal carcinoma, salivary gland tumors. Id-1 promotes the evolution of the cell cycle,tumor cell proliferation,migration,invasion,inhibition of cell differentiation and induction of vascular through several signaling pathways,which is closely related to the prognosis of tumor and therefore expected to become a new target for cancer therapy. This is a review of the research progress on the roles of Id-1 in tumorigenesis and its relative mechanisms.
