目的:探讨联合应用MSCT及MRI在小儿脊柱和脊髓先天性疾病中的诊断价值。方法:笔者所在医院2011年3月-2012年5月收治怀疑为脊柱和脊髓先天性疾病的患儿20例,分为试验组和对照组,每组各10例。试验组进行MSCT和MRI联合检查,对照组只进行MRI检查。所有患儿的影像学检查均与手术诊断结果进行比较,以比较两组影像检查的诊断价值。结果:试验组患儿的影像诊断符合率为100%,对照组诊断符合率为50%(5/10),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用MSCT及MRI在小儿脊柱和脊髓先天性疾病中的诊断价值具有更高的诊断价值,对发现更多的先天性脊柱畸形有重要的作用,联合MSCT能发现更多的其他脊柱畸形。比单纯运用MRI更有优势。

목적:탐토연합응용MSCT급MRI재소인척주화척수선천성질병중적진단개치。방법:필자소재의원2011년3월-2012년5월수치부의위척주화척수선천성질병적환인20례,분위시험조화대조조,매조각10례。시험조진행MSCT화MRI연합검사,대조조지진행MRI검사。소유환인적영상학검사균여수술진단결과진행비교,이비교량조영상검사적진단개치。결과:시험조환인적영상진단부합솔위100%,대조조진단부합솔위50%(5/10),량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:연합응용MSCT급MRI재소인척주화척수선천성질병중적진단개치구유경고적진단개치,대발현경다적선천성척주기형유중요적작용,연합MSCT능발현경다적기타척주기형。비단순운용MRI경유우세。
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of the application of MSCT and MRI in treating the pediatric spine and spinal congenital disease. Method:The writer's hospital had treated 20 cases children patients with suspected spine and spinal congenital disease from March 2011 to May 2012,and all of them randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group of 10 cases. The treatment group had been treated by MSCT and MRI joint inspection,and the control group only treated by MRI. The results of the imaging inspection with that of the pathological diagnosis, and then made a comparison of the imaging diagnostic value of the two groups were compared. Result:The coincidence rate of image diagnosis of the treatment group was 100%,the control group was 50%(5/10),and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The MSCT and MRI joint application on the pediatric spine and spinal congenital disease has a higher value,and has an important effect in finding more congenital spinal deformity,which is better than MRI only.
