目的:对10733例女性宫颈脱落细胞进行人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因分型检测,了解HPV基因各亚型感染现状,为宫颈癌的筛查及早期预防治疗提供理论依据。方法:采取核酸分子快速导流杂交分型技术,对10733例女性的宫颈脱落细胞进行核酸的提取和HPV基因分型检测。结果:在10733例女性宫颈脱落细胞中21种HPV基因亚型均被检出,HPV阳性2509例(23.38%,2509/10733),单一亚型感染1780例,感染率为16.58%,多重亚型感染729例,感染率为6.79%;单纯高危型HPV感染1680例,感染率为15.65%,单纯低危型HPV感染503例,感染率为4.69%,高、低危型HPV合并感染326例,感染率为3.04%。HPV检出频次2849次。检出频次较高的5种亚型是(按照由高到低的顺序)HPV-16型(22.50%,641/2849),HPV-6型(13.27%,378/2849),HPV-52型(10.46%,298/2849),HPV-11型(10.35%,295/2849),HPV-58型(7.06%,201/2849)。≤30岁人群HPV感染率较高,与其他年龄组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HPV-16型、HPV-6型、HPV-52型、HPV-11型、HPV-58型为开封地区HPV感染常见亚型,应重视≤30岁人群HPV的筛查。

목적:대10733례녀성궁경탈락세포진행인유두류병독(HPV)기인분형검측,료해HPV기인각아형감염현상,위궁경암적사사급조기예방치료제공이론의거。방법:채취핵산분자쾌속도류잡교분형기술,대10733례녀성적궁경탈락세포진행핵산적제취화HPV기인분형검측。결과:재10733례녀성궁경탈락세포중21충HPV기인아형균피검출,HPV양성2509례(23.38%,2509/10733),단일아형감염1780례,감염솔위16.58%,다중아형감염729례,감염솔위6.79%;단순고위형HPV감염1680례,감염솔위15.65%,단순저위형HPV감염503례,감염솔위4.69%,고、저위형HPV합병감염326례,감염솔위3.04%。HPV검출빈차2849차。검출빈차교고적5충아형시(안조유고도저적순서)HPV-16형(22.50%,641/2849),HPV-6형(13.27%,378/2849),HPV-52형(10.46%,298/2849),HPV-11형(10.35%,295/2849),HPV-58형(7.06%,201/2849)。≤30세인군HPV감염솔교고,여기타년령조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:HPV-16형、HPV-6형、HPV-52형、HPV-11형、HPV-58형위개봉지구HPV감염상견아형,응중시≤30세인군HPV적사사。
Objective:To detect the human papilloma virus(HPV)genotyping of 10 733 cases of cervical exfoliated cells for surveying infection of each HPV gene subtype.Method:Quick diversion nucleic acid molecular hybridization classification technology was taken to extract the nucleic acid of 10733 cases of cervical exfoliated cells and the HPV genotyping were detected.Result:In 10733 cases of cervical exfoliated cells,21 types of HPV gene subtypes were detected.HPV was positive in 2509 cases(23.38%,2509/10 733),1780 cases were infected with single HPV subtype,with the infection rate 16.58%.729 cases were infected with Multiple HPV subtype,with the infection rate 6.79%.On the other hand,1680 cases were infected with simple high-risk HPV,with the infection rate 15.65%.503 cases were infected with simple low-risk HPV,with the infection rate 4.69%,326 cases were infected with high-risk and low-risk HPV,with the infection rate 3.04%.HPV detection frequency were 2849 times.5 types of HPV subtypes detected most frequently were(from high to low)HPV-16(22.50%,641/2849),HPV-6(13.27%,378/2849),HPV-52(10.46%,298/2849),HPV-11(10.35%, 295/2849)and HPV-58(7.06%,201/2849)respectively.The infection rate of women less than 30 years old were higher than those of other women,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:HPV-16,HPV-6,HPV-52,HPV-11 and HPV-58 are common HPV subtypes in Kaifeng.Screening for HPV infecting of women less than 30 years old should be paid attention.
