目的：探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室的形成原因及其经宫腹腔镜联合手术切除的临床疗效。方法：对郑州大学第一附属医院2011年6月-2012年6月采用宫腹腔镜子宫瘢痕憩室切除术治疗的15例子宫瘢痕憩室患者病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果：所有手术均顺利完成，手术时间平均为（90.33±23.26）min，术中平均出血量（63.33±19.15）mL，术后平均住院（7.47±1.92）d。术后随访12个月，手术总有效率为93.33%（14/15），术后经期时间较术前明显缩短，与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：宫腹腔镜联合治疗剖宫产瘢痕憩室相对微创，症状缓解，疗效满意，值得在临床中推广使用。

목적：탐토부궁산술후자궁반흔게실적형성원인급기경궁복강경연합수술절제적림상료효。방법：대정주대학제일부속의원2011년6월-2012년6월채용궁복강경자궁반흔게실절제술치료적15례자궁반흔게실환자병례자료진행회고성분석。결과：소유수술균순리완성，수술시간평균위（90.33±23.26）min，술중평균출혈량（63.33±19.15）mL，술후평균주원（7.47±1.92）d。술후수방12개월，수술총유효솔위93.33%（14/15），술후경기시간교술전명현축단，여술전비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：궁복강경연합치료부궁산반흔게실상대미창，증상완해，료효만의，치득재림상중추엄사용。
Objective:To study the forming of post-cesarean uterine scar diverticulum and the clinical curative effect of it after being removed by the palace of laparoscopic combined surgery.Method:To retrospectively analyze of the 15 cases that accepted the palace of laparoscopic surgery to remove the uterine scar diverticulum in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university from June 2011 to June 2012. Result:All the operations were successfully,the average surgery time was(90.33±23.26)min,the average intraoperative blood loss was(63.33±19.15)mL,and the average hospitalized time after surgery was(7.47±1.92)d.Through the 12 months’ postoperative follow-up,we found that the general effective rate was 93.33%(14/15),the menstruation reduces in an apparent way after the surgery,which was significant in statistics(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of post-cesarean uterine scar diverticulum by palace of laparoscopic surgery is indeed worthwhile applying generally because of the minimally invasive treatment, which can relieve the symptoms well and has a good effect.
