目的：探讨分析妊娠合并子宫肌瘤临床诊断、子宫肌瘤与妊娠的相互作用、妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的临床处理方法。方法：将2006年6月-2012年6月在本院进行治疗的72例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本组72例患者中10例在孕早期时选择人工流产；2例在孕中期时发生自然流产；2例在孕22周时出现浆膜下子宫肌瘤蒂扭转而进行手术治疗，后保胎到妊娠足月顺产；5例出现子宫肌瘤红色变性经过保守治疗后，待妊娠足月时采取剖宫产术及子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗；其余53例妊娠顺利，经剖宫产和子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗，术后未发生产后出血、产褥感染等并发症。结论：在密切观察病情，根据患者病情采取合理的治疗手段，大部分妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者能够顺利度过妊娠期，剖宫产同时剔除子宫肌瘤的安全性较高。
목적：탐토분석임신합병자궁기류림상진단、자궁기류여임신적상호작용、임신합병자궁기류적림상처리방법。방법：장2006년6월-2012년6월재본원진행치료적72례임신합병자궁기류환자，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：본조72례환자중10례재잉조기시선택인공유산；2례재잉중기시발생자연유산；2례재잉22주시출현장막하자궁기류체뉴전이진행수술치료，후보태도임신족월순산；5례출현자궁기류홍색변성경과보수치료후，대임신족월시채취부궁산술급자궁기류척제술진행치료；기여53례임신순리，경부궁산화자궁기류척제술진행치료，술후미발생산후출혈、산욕감염등병발증。결론：재밀절관찰병정，근거환자병정채취합리적치료수단，대부분임신합병자궁기류환자능구순리도과임신기，부궁산동시척제자궁기류적안전성교고。
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis of pregnancy with fibroids,interaction of uterine fibroids and pregnancy,clinical treatment of pregnancy with hysteromyoma. Method:Clinical data of 72 cases of patients with uterine fibroids pregnancy in our hospital from June 2006 to June 2012 were reviewed.Result:Before treatment,In 72 cases of patients with uterine fibroids,10 cases of abortion in early pregnancy,2 cases of spontaneous abortions in the second trimester,2 cases of surgery in patients with subserous uterine fibroids at 22 weeks gestation and the fetus to full term of pregnancy;5 red degeneration of uterine leiomyoma patients appear after conservative treatment,pregnancy at term caesarean and myoma of uterus treated by excision;53 cases of smooth,via caesarean section and excision in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma,postoperative complications of postpartum haemorrhage,puerperal infection did not occur. Conclusion:In close observation,according to the patient's condition to take reasonable means of treatment,most patients with uterine fibroids during pregnancy can survive the pregnancy,cesarean uterine fibroids removed while high security.
