目的：探讨增强型体外反搏（EECP）在治疗糖尿病肾病上效果观察。方法：选取2012年9月-2013年9月在本院住院治疗的160例糖尿病肾病患者，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组各80例。观察组选择EECP+常规药物治疗，对照组选择常规药物治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后的血清胱抑素-C（Cys-C）、血清肌酐（Scr）、24 h尿微量白蛋白（MALB）、β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）量变化。结果：两组患者治疗前Cys-c、β2-MG、24 h MALB及Scr均明显高于治疗后，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者应用EECP治疗3个疗程后四组指标均明显低于同期对照组治疗后，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：EECP能够保护糖尿病肾病患者肾脏功能，阻止糖尿病肾病的进一步发展。
목적：탐토증강형체외반박（EECP）재치료당뇨병신병상효과관찰。방법：선취2012년9월-2013년9월재본원주원치료적160례당뇨병신병환자，안조수궤수자표법장소유환자분위관찰조화대조조각80례。관찰조선택EECP+상규약물치료，대조조선택상규약물치료，관찰량조환자치료전후적혈청광억소-C（Cys-C）、혈청기항（Scr）、24 h뇨미량백단백（MALB）、β2-미구단백（β2-MG）량변화。결과：량조환자치료전Cys-c、β2-MG、24 h MALB급Scr균명현고우치료후，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）；관찰조환자응용EECP치료3개료정후사조지표균명현저우동기대조조치료후，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：EECP능구보호당뇨병신병환자신장공능，조지당뇨병신병적진일보발전。
Objective:To investigate the value of enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)to the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Method:160 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,80 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with EECP and routine therapy,and the control group was treated with routine therapy only.the level of Cys-C,Scr,24-hour urinary albumin,β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)were observed and compared before and after treatment between two groups.Result:The level of Cys-C,Scr,24 h MALB,β2-MG in two groups before treatment were higher than that after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Also,the level of four indicators in observation group were lower than that in control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:EECP can protect the function of kidney in patients with diabetic nephropathy and prevent the develope of diabetic nephropathy.
