目的：观察冠心宁治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：选取2010年11月-2012年11月在本院就诊的86例冠心病患者，其冠心病符合诊断标准。包括男57例，女29例。并且对这86例冠心病患者进行冠心宁注射液20 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250 mL中静脉滴注，1次/d，14 d为一疗程。一个疗程之后，患者病情平稳，观察以下指标：应用消心痛药物的量来控制症状在治疗前后有无改变；每天心绞痛发作的次数有无变化；血液流变学的变化；十二导连心电图ST段压低的总和。观察患者应用冠心宁注射剂治疗后的效果。结果：心绞痛症状缓解总有效率81.4%，治疗后心绞痛发作次数、缺血性ST段改善、血液流变学与治疗前相比均明显改善，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01），在治疗过程中患者发生不良反应的例数明显降低，且症状都比较轻微。结论：冠心宁注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛有显著疗效，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰관심저치료관심병심교통적료효。방법：선취2010년11월-2012년11월재본원취진적86례관심병환자，기관심병부합진단표준。포괄남57례，녀29례。병차대저86례관심병환자진행관심저주사액20 mL가입5%포도당주사액혹생리염수250 mL중정맥적주，1차/d，14 d위일료정。일개료정지후，환자병정평은，관찰이하지표：응용소심통약물적량래공제증상재치료전후유무개변；매천심교통발작적차수유무변화；혈액류변학적변화；십이도련심전도ST단압저적총화。관찰환자응용관심저주사제치료후적효과。결과：심교통증상완해총유효솔81.4%，치료후심교통발작차수、결혈성ST단개선、혈액류변학여치료전상비균명현개선，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01），재치료과정중환자발생불량반응적례수명현강저，차증상도비교경미。결론：관심저주사액치료관심병심교통유현저료효，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the effect of Guanxinning injection on angina pectoris in CHD patients.Method:86 coronary heart disease patients were selected in our hospital November 2010 to November 2012,and they were accorded with the diagnostic criteria,57 cases were male and 29 cases were female.The patients with angina pectoris were treated by Guanxinning injection 20 mL one time daily.A period of treatment was 14 days.After a period of treatment,the patients were smoothly and observed the following indicators:whether the amount of use of isosorbide dinitrate drugs to control the changes of symptoms before and after treatment;whether the number of angina pectoris attack every day with or without changes;the change of blood rheology;Conventional 12-lead synchronous ST segment down.And the therapeutic effects of bolted ning injection in the treatment of angina pectoris were observed.Result:Total improvement rate was 81.4%in the angina pectoris patients.Frequency of angina pectoris attacking,ischemic ST segment and hemorheology changing after treatment were significantly improved,there were significant differences compared with before treatment(P<0.01).The cases of adverse reactions in patients with decreased obviously.Conclusion:The curative effect of Guanxinning injection for the angina pectoris patients is obvious,it is worthy of clinical application.
