目的:建立高效液相色谱测定葛根芩连丸中葛根素含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(250x4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(15:85);流速:1 mL/min;波长:250 nm;柱温:30℃。结果葛根素浓度在2.0~50.0μg/mL(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.8%(RSD=1.03%)。结论建立的方法简便、准确可靠,可用于葛根芩连丸中葛根素含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of puerarin in Gegen Qinlian pellets. Method Chromatographic column: Diamonsil? C18 (250x4.6 mm,5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-water (15:85); flow rate: 1.0 mL·min-1; detection wavelength: 250 nm;column temperature: 30 ℃. Result Puerarin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 2.0~50.0 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9999).The average recovery of puerarin was 99.8%(RSD=1.03%). Conclusion This method is simple,reliable and Reproducible, can be used for quality control of the Gegen Qinlian pel ets.
