针对雷达接收机的质量性能指标的随机性和不确定性,提出了一种基于云重心的质量性能评估方法。首先通过对使用阶段雷达接收机的参数测试得到测试数据,将得到的定量参数进行定性化,再转换为云模型的定量参数,然后通过求得加权偏离度来对雷达接收机进行质量评估。最后用实测数据进行了验证。评估结果表明,该方法解决了雷达接收机性能指标在人为因素和环境因素下影响实测数据的问题,具有一定的实用性。

For the randomness and uncertainty of radar receiver’s quality performance index, this paper pres-ents a method of assessing the quality performance based on the cloud gravity center. In this scheme, the obtained quantitative parameters are to be qualitative, first by using the test data from testing the radar receiver in use, next, transformed into the quantitative parameters of the cloud model, then implement the quality evaluation of the re-ceiver by finding the degree of weighting deviation, and finally, they are verified by using the tested data. Evalua-tion results show that this proposed scheme can figure out the problem that the radar receiver’s performance index have an impact on data testing in human factors and/or environmental ones, being of a certain utility.
