目的：分析产科护理中优质护理的实施效果。方法采用回顾性方法分析，按照入院顺序选取我院自2013年1月~8月收治的98例妇产科患者的临床资料，随机将其分为对照组及观察组，各49例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予优质护理，比较两组患者的住院时间、心理状态评分、护理满意度及基础护理落实率。结果观察组患者的住院时间、满意度、心理状态评分及基础护理落实率均优于对照组患者，具有差异统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论妇产科护理中应用优质护理，能够提高护理质量以及患者对护理的满意度，值得临床推广应用。

목적：분석산과호리중우질호리적실시효과。방법채용회고성방법분석，안조입원순서선취아원자2013년1월~8월수치적98례부산과환자적림상자료，수궤장기분위대조조급관찰조，각49례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여우질호리，비교량조환자적주원시간、심리상태평분、호리만의도급기출호리락실솔。결과관찰조환자적주원시간、만의도、심리상태평분급기출호리락실솔균우우대조조환자，구유차이통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론부산과호리중응용우질호리，능구제고호리질량이급환자대호리적만의도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To study the effect of obstetric nursing quality nursing care. Method analysis using the retrospective method, according to the order of admission in our hospital from the clinical data of 98 cases of gynecologic and obstetric patients in 2013 January-2013 year in August year were, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each 49 cases,the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group were given high-quality care, compared two group of hospitalization, mental status, nursing satisfaction and basic nursing implementation rate. Results:in the observation group, hospitalization time, satisfaction, psychological status and nursing effect was bet er than the control group, with statistical y significant dif erence (P<0.05). Conclusion:high quality of nursing care in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction with care, and it is worthy of clinical application.
