目的：探讨经阴道超声造影(TVSHG)在子宫内膜息肉诊断中的价值。方法对临床拟诊内膜息肉的82例患者先后行TVS、TVSHG检查。以宫腔镜手术-病理检查结果为诊断金标准，将TVS与TVSHG两种检查的结果相比较。结果在82例患者中，病检出内膜息肉59例、非内膜息肉23例(包括：正常内膜3例、内膜增生19例、粘膜下肌瘤1例)。TVSHG诊断内膜息肉的准确率(92.68％)显著高于TVS(81.70％)，造影前后比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 TVSHG检查具有简便、无创、准确率高的特点，是子宫内膜息肉筛查、诊断的首选、可靠方法，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토경음도초성조영(TVSHG)재자궁내막식육진단중적개치。방법대림상의진내막식육적82례환자선후행TVS、TVSHG검사。이궁강경수술-병리검사결과위진단금표준，장TVS여TVSHG량충검사적결과상비교。결과재82례환자중，병검출내막식육59례、비내막식육23례(포괄：정상내막3례、내막증생19례、점막하기류1례)。TVSHG진단내막식육적준학솔(92.68％)현저고우TVS(81.70％)，조영전후비교，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론 TVSHG검사구유간편、무창、준학솔고적특점，시자궁내막식육사사、진단적수선、가고방법，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal sonohysterography (TVSHG) in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions. Methods 82 cases of patients clinical y intended to diagnose endometrial polyps were successively carring TVS,TVSHG checks.The hysteroscopic surgery-pathology results as the gold standard for diagnosis, the TVS with TVSHG examination results are compared. Results In 82 patients,the disease through examination, endometrial polyps in 59 cases,23 cases of non-endometrial polyps (including 3 cases of normal endometrium,19 cases of endometrial hyperplasia,one case of submucosal fibroids).TVSHG diagnostic accuracy rate (92.68%) was significantly higher than TVS (81.70%),angiography before and after,the dif erence was statistical y significant between the two methods(p<0.05). Conclusion TVSHG check is a simple, non-invasive, high accuracy characteristics of endometrial polyp screening, diagnosis of choice, reliable way, worthy of clinical application.
