This paper introduces the electromagnetic radiation standards of domestic and foreign countries, as well as the transmitting power of the residential gateway with Small Cell and various mobile phones. Through theoretical calculations, it is demonstrated that Small Cell confirms to the specifications of China’s electromagnetic radiation. Compared with the indoor electromagnetic power density without Small Cell, it proves that the Small Cell improves the indoor electromagnetic radiation environment in general.
