目的:观察黄芪注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的疗效。方法将50例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,在常规饮食和药物治疗的基础上,治疗组加用黄芪注射液(40 mL/d)静脉点滴,疗程为4 w。观察治疗前后尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、胱抑素C(Cys C)和超敏 C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),并观察药物的毒副反应。结果治疗后Cys C及hs-CRP较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组Cys C和hs-CRP下降明显(P<0.05),而两组 BUN、SCr无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄芪注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病,能减轻炎症反应,有效延缓糖尿病肾病的发展。

목적:관찰황기주사액치료조기당뇨병신병환자적료효。방법장50례조기당뇨병신병환자수궤분성대조조화치료조,재상규음식화약물치료적기출상,치료조가용황기주사액(40 mL/d)정맥점적,료정위4 w。관찰치료전후뇨소담(BUN)、기항(Scr)、광억소C(Cys C)화초민 C반응단백(hs-CRP),병관찰약물적독부반응。결과치료후Cys C급hs-CRP교치료전하강,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),치료조교대조조Cys C화hs-CRP하강명현(P<0.05),이량조 BUN、SCr무명현통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론황기주사액치료조기당뇨병신병,능감경염증반응,유효연완당뇨병신병적발전。
Objective:To investigate the effects of astragalus on serum Cystatin C (Cys C) and C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) of ear ly diabetic nephropathy patients . Methods 50 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group, the patients in two groups were given a diabetic diet, control ed of blood glucose and other treatment, Astragalus (daily 40ml) were used intravenous every day for four weeks. observed before and after treatment urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Scr), cystatin C (Cys C) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), and observed drug toxicity. Results After treatment, Cys C and hs-CRP were decreased (P<0.05) , but the patients in the observation group was more significant (P<0.05),there is no statistical y dif erence in BUN and SCr(P>0.05). Conclusion astragalus adjuvant treatment of early- diabetic nephropathy can reduce inflammation, effectively delay the development of diabetic nephropathy. it is worthy of clinical application.
