目的：研究南京市社区医务人员对慢性病管理能力，为制定社区医生慢病管理培训方案的提供意见和建议。方法研究调查采取不记名集中填写问卷的方式，调查慢病管理范围以糖尿病、高血压病两个高发慢性病为基础，以慢病管理认知及行为为调查内容。采用统计软件stata11.0进行非参数Wilcoxon秩和检验，分析社区医生在慢病管理信心、慢病管理观念、慢病管理行为方面的现状，并比较主城区与非主城区在慢病管理认知及行为各方面的差异。结果社区医务人员慢病管理信心不足，但对慢性病各项指标的检测较为认同；在主动调整慢病管理方案、改进管理策略方面有待提高；健康教育工作和用药指导较完善。结论提供有针对性的实用性的培训，包括慢病管理知识及实际操作技能，如高血压急症的紧急处理，糖尿病并发症的预防及诊断方法等知识。

Objective: To analysis management ability of chronic disease of Nanjing community medical staf , for providing suggestion to chronic disease management training program. Methods: by secret concentrated questionnaire, survey scope is based on diabetes, hypertension in two high risk of chronic disease, with chronic disease management knowledge and behavior survey. Data processing by using statistical software stata11.0 nonparametric Wilcoxon rank sum test, analyse the status quo of community doctors, confidence in chronic disease management of chronic disease management, dif erences in cognitive and behavioral of chronic disease management between urban and non urban area. Results:lack confidence, but more recognition in the detection of each index of chronic disease; needs to be improved in the initiative to adjust the chronic disease management program and strategy; health education work and medication guide is perfect. Conclusion: provide targeted practical training, including chronic disease management knowledge and skil s, such as emergency treatment of hypertensive emergency, prevention and detection methods.
