目的：改变教学模式，让实习生在儿科实习中产生浓厚的兴趣，出色地完成儿科实习。方法以"问题为基础"的思维方式，培养护生理论知识的强化、科研选题意识的形成。结果实习护士100名中，实验组50名实习护士每周有目的、计划地进行实习，从被动学习模式变为主动学习，培养了护生动手、动脑能力，学习效果好；多媒体教学让护生自己当老师，不仅锻炼护生对现代化信息能力的接受，还能提高语言表达能力。结论提高了儿科护理带教质量，达到了教学互长的目的，促进了师生综合素质的提高。

Objective to change the teaching mode,so the students have a strong interest in pediatric practice,wel done in pediatrics. Methods the "problem-based"way of thinking,cultivating nursing students theoretical knowledgeintensive,scientific research consciousness. Results the practice nurse 100,experimental group 50 nurse a purpose,planned to carry out practice,from passive learning into active learning,training of nursing students,ability,learningeffect is good; the multimedia teaching for nursing students to own when the teacher,not only exercise nursing students to accept the modern informationability,but also improve the ability of language expression.
