According to the current situation of implementation of the case teaching in clinical medicine specialty. Thinking of pros and cons of the implementation of the method from the students' point of view and conducting related research to understand the advantages and disadvantages and its negative factors of the five-year undergraduate clinical case teaching. Combining with teaching practice and putting forward the optimization strategies of case teaching and the key points to provide a reference to improve and enhance the teaching effectiveness.
