目的:探讨分析人性化管理在临床护理管理中应用的效果。方法:本院自2011年1月-2013年1月在临床护理管理中采用人性化管理,对医院的护理人员及患者进行问卷调查,对比采用人性化管理前后医院的护理人员及患者的满意度,评价人性化管理在临床护理管理中应用的效果。结果:本院在临床护理管理中采用人性化管理后,医护人员及患者的满意度普遍提高,同事关系和谐,知识技能提高,医患纠纷的发生率大大减低,均明显优于采用人性化管理前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床护理管理中应用人性化管理可以和谐医患关系,提高患者满意度,提升医护人员的综合素质,有利于促进医院的综合管理,值得在临床上推广应用。

목적:탐토분석인성화관리재림상호리관리중응용적효과。방법:본원자2011년1월-2013년1월재림상호리관리중채용인성화관리,대의원적호리인원급환자진행문권조사,대비채용인성화관리전후의원적호리인원급환자적만의도,평개인성화관리재림상호리관리중응용적효과。결과:본원재림상호리관리중채용인성화관리후,의호인원급환자적만의도보편제고,동사관계화해,지식기능제고,의환규분적발생솔대대감저,균명현우우채용인성화관리전,비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:재림상호리관리중응용인성화관리가이화해의환관계,제고환자만의도,제승의호인원적종합소질,유리우촉진의원적종합관리,치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of humanization management in clinical nursing management application.Method:The humanization management in clinical care management was adopted in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013. The effect of humanization management in clinical nursing management application was evaluated by the hospital's nursing staff and patient questionnaires and comparing satisfaction before and after using humanization management.Result:After using humanization management in clinical nursing management in the hospital,the nursing staff and the patients increased satisfaction,harmonized colleagues relationship,improved the nursing staff knowledge and skills,and reduced greatly the incidence of doctor-patient relationship disputes,which was better than before using humanization management. All comparative differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanization management in clinical nursing management could harmonize doctor-patient relationship,improve patient satisfaction,enhance the comprehensive quality of medical care person,promote integrated management of the hospital,and deserve to generalize and apply in clinic.
